Argentine Township, MI

The Assessor's Office is responsible for identifying and valuing all taxable real and personal property within the Township in accordance with Michigan's General Property Tax Act and other applicable statues. Our responsibilities include annually producing the assessment rolls, maintaining ownership records and property descriptions for tax purposes, processing Personal Property Statements, and the inspection of existing properties along with any new construction. The annual Taxable Values established by the Assessor's office are used by the Township Treasurer to produce the property tax bills for all properties within the Township.

Dennis Judson is in the office Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Argentine Township Office is open Monday - Friday 8:30 to 4:30

Argentine Township Board of Review will meet Monday, March 11th from 2:30 P.m. until 4:30 and Thursday, March 14th from 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Letters of appeal must be received by 5 p.m. on March 14th. Please call the Township at 810-735-5050 to schedule an appointment.
