ALL fires in Argentine Township require a burn permit. Burn Permit applications and permits are available at the Argentine Township Fire Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and via the Burn Permit portal below. Online permits are good for three days from the day of request whereas permits issued at the office are good for the week. Please call the number below with your ID number ready for issuance.

Requesting an Online Burn Permit

You can use this form to request a burn permit for your property within the Township of Argentine. Once you submit the permit, please call the Fire Department at (810) 735-4911 for a permit ID number. This permit is NOT valid until you have obtained your permit number.
